Olais Raphael
FounderInspired by Dr. Jane Goodall, Mr. Olais Raphael founded NAELEVA in 2006, which has grown into Mikoko Development Foundation (MDF), one of Tanzania’s most trusted NGOs, making a tangible impact based on ESG standards; he an expert in Youth Work, Social Science and Natural Resources Assessment and Management.

Barnaba Buhombe
Co-FounderCo-founder of Mikoko Development Foundation, is an Environmental Engineer and a dedicated advocate for Sustainable Development Goals, with global expertise in environmental and climate change initiatives, including Arctic exploration to amplify MDF’s mission.

Hamisi K. Masasa
Co-FounderProfessional in Social Works and Community Development experience in local governance and youth development.

Leonia L. Tlawi
Co-FounderProfessional teacher major in Chemistry and special needs, leading a senior position in MDF and programs in department.

Samky Joseph
Co-FounderProfessional Environmental Scientist from Ardhi University, he has experience in Mikoko youth programs and supportive in team work and leadership.

Moses V. Mugisha
